August F. Köhr Viola ~ hcc-525vla This viola shows nice attention to detail! It has good projection throughout. The “a” string plays clearly without being overly bright. And there is a steady, even medium tone with no complexity. A great advancing level instrument with flamed maple back and sides and seasoned spruce top. This viola has bony pegs w/ matching tailpiece and end button.
